Michele
Peresso Limited
is a family owned Limited Liability Company with an authorised
capital of 75,003 ordinary shares of one Maltese Lira each (Lm1=2.4
euro), with Emanuel Peresso having the major shares, whilst other
shares are spread over between his children.
Maria
Christina Sammut Peresso and Michael Peresso (Jnr) were appointed
Directors of Michele Peresso Limited in Year
2001.
1992
was perhaps the most important year in the Company's history with
the inauguration of its new building named for Catalunya, having
over 6500m2 of available floor space. The premises
reflect our long standing relationships. Our first business contact
was from Catalunya.
These
last years saw us facing new challenges, focusing on further investments
giving rise to new divisions, and an increase in human resources
and the Company's assets.
The
management team of Michele Peresso Limited is
relatively young and dynamic, always adjusting to the difficult
and competitive environment of the day, thus meeting with aggressiveness
and innovation that Michele Peresso Limited has
managed to keep ahead of its time, with increased sales in practically
all the Departments, thus improving market share in this very
competitive environment. |
One

is the philosophy and culture spearheaded by its top management
through the tremendous sense of good citizenship that the company
portrays. It is one of the most companies in Malta with an active
and social conscience, which dedicates an important part of its
activity in promoting this civic conscience. This is further evidenced

Our confidence has been bolstered by the positive trend of the
past years, increasing net sales, have also seen operating income
rise considerably and we must now preserve, consolidate and move
forward towards an exciting future where change will be rapid
and startling. We believe that we now have all elements necessary
to challenge and encompass our market.
Since its foundation Michele Peresso Limited
has always kept its personality, and never lost sight of its aim
