The Company will be introducing the Michele Peresso Limited CLUB. All members affiliated to this club will enjoy various benefits, and these include:

1. A Loyalty Card (as per diagram A and B).
Michele Peresso Limited Club members will be entitled to avail from the following discounts:

5% Discount from all EuroSport outlets

5% Discount from the Company's Medical Centre outlet

3% Discount from the Company's Europerfumery outlet

5% Discount from the Company's Printing Press

(no limits of value purchased are being adopted).

The conditions of this Loyalty Card are as per diagram B.
These are mainly:

· Card not transferable
· All mentioned discounts are valid on normal prices
· The Loyalty Card cannot be used, over and above any other card
  which Michele Peresso Limited may have entered with

2. As a member of Michele Peresso Limited Club, you will receive Company information, which will surely be of interest to you. Such information includes:

a.	Any forthcoming events, like Seasonal Sales organized by EuroSport. You will be invited to EuroSport to attend such sales, prior to the official opening day of the sale. Hence you will have the opportunity to choose the best bargains, and choice of products before such products are sold out.
b.	When a promotion month, or special offers are approaching, you will be advised through e-mail, SMS or any other means of correspondence, well before such dates are advertised on the local media.
c.	If the Company will publish mail shots or Seasonal product catalogues, all Michele Peresso Limited Club members will have the opportunity to receive a free copy at their home address.
d.	The Loyalty Card can be used in all Company sales division outlets including EuroSport, EuroPharma (Medical Centre), EuroPerfumery and in the Printing Press.
e.	Michele Peresso Limited through the chain of EuroSport sports shops , will award three vouchers of Lm100 each, every quarter, to the top three customers purchasing from EuroSport during those three months.

The member's Card remains the property of Michele Peresso Limited, who reserves the right to withdraw membership from any individual without notice or reason. Michele Peresso Limited reserves the right to terminate this membership scheme. In this event, members will have a minimum of one month as a pre-advice notice on this termination of this membership scheme.

In order to become a member of Michele Peresso Limited Club kindly fill in the form provided and consequently a questionairre will be resubmitted to you for completion.
